	Our organization was founded in 1994 in the City of Groningen (NL, Europe). It all started with a specialization in anti-virus services for clients in the Northern region of the Netherlands. Soon we found out that many customers faced computer problems which were not virus related. Therefore, general helpdesk activities were added. Meanwhile technological development shifted towards the internet, which meant an enormous opportunity to expand services in a larger area. Customers could reside further away, without causing service level delays. After many organizational changes since the year 2000 many additional services were introduced, like software development, search engines, advisory services, knowledge and education, online book publishing, etc.			Onze organisatie is opgericht in 1994 in de stad Groningen. Het is allemaal begonnen met de specialisatie in het opruimen van computervirussen voor klanten in Noord-Nederland. Echter, lang niet alle computerproblemen die werden tegengekomen bleken virusgerelateerd. Daarom werden al snel algemene helpdesk-activiteiten toegevoegd. Ondertussen kwam internet in opkomst, hetgeen de uitgelezen mogelijkheid bood om op te schalen. Na enkele organisatieveranderingen werden sinds de jaren 2000 in hoog tempo additionele diensten geintroduceerd, waaronder softwareontwikkeling, zoekmachines, adviesdiensten, kennisontwikkeling, educatie, online uitgeefactiviteiten, etc.
